RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Lepas Bebas Enterprise, Sole Proprietor, Lot 1942, Jalan Kampung Sungai Machang Ulu, 71750, Lenggeng, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Lepas Bebas Enterprise, accessible from https://lepasbebas.orderla.co

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to request a refund within 7 days from the date on which you received the goods.

To process a refund, you must provide a photo clearly showing the issue (e.g. broken eggs, rotten meat, or other product defects).

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we confirm your refund eligibility. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the order. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.


Conditions for Refunds

In order for the goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.

  • You have photo evidence of the issue (such as broken eggs or spoiled meat).

Please note that:

  • We do not accept exchanges for new products.

  • Al products are eligible for refund including the products on discounted price.

  • Requests without proper proof (photo of the issue) may be rejected.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.


Returning Goods

You do not need to send back the product unless specifically instructed. Refund approval is based on photo verification.
